Nightara Terms &
Community Safety.

These terms explain the rules for using Nightara, including user-generated content safeguards, anonymous posting rules, reporting tools, blocking tools, moderation standards and contact information.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Nightara. By creating an account, accessing the app or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nightara (“Nightara,” “the App,” “the Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Rating

Nightara includes user-generated content, social features and optional anonymous posting. Because of these features, the App may be rated for mature audiences, including 18+ where required by app marketplace rules, regional laws or platform policies.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nightara. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the review and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Nightara is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. Your Account

You may create an account using an email address and password or supported third-party authentication providers such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including content posted anonymously. Anonymous posting does not exempt you from these Terms or our community safety rules.

We reserve the right to warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community standards or applicable law. You may delete your account from the app settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of dreams, images, comments, profile content and other content you post on Nightara (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Nightara a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute your content solely for operating, improving and providing the Service.

Nightara may allow users to post dreams publicly, keep dreams private or post publicly without displaying their username. Anonymous posts are still connected to the posting account internally for safety and moderation purposes. Users remain responsible for all content they submit, including anonymous content.

5. Zero Tolerance Content Standards

Nightara has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You agree not to post, upload, comment, message or otherwise share content that:

Community Safety, Reporting, Blocking and Moderation

Anonymous posting is not an exception to Nightara’s rules. Anonymous content remains subject to filtering, reporting, blocking, moderation and enforcement.

Filtering Objectionable Content

Nightara may use automated, manual or community-based moderation tools to detect, filter, restrict, hide, remove or review objectionable content before or after it appears in the app. Content that appears to violate our rules may be blocked, limited, hidden, removed or sent for review.

Reporting Content or Users

Users can report objectionable posts, abusive users, inappropriate activity or safety concerns from within the app. Reports are routed to our moderation system for review.

Blocking Users

Users can block abusive or unwanted users. Blocking may remove that user’s content from the blocking user’s experience and restrict interactions between the accounts.

Immediate Removal from Feed

Users can immediately remove objectionable content from their own feed or experience by reporting, hiding or blocking content or users where these tools are available. Admin removal may remove content globally.

24-Hour Moderation Policy

Nightara aims to review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior within 24 hours. If we determine that content or conduct violates these Terms, we may remove the content, restrict visibility, issue a warning, suspend the account, terminate the account or take other appropriate action.

Users who post offending content or engage in abusive behavior may be removed from the Service.

Safety Contact

To report inappropriate activity, objectionable content, abusive users or urgent safety concerns, use the in-app reporting tools or contact us directly at support@nightara.app.

AI Features Disclaimer

Nightara’s AI-powered features, including Dream Interpretation, Symbol Decoder, Dream DNA, Dream Twins, AI-generated imagery, recommendations and other AI-assisted tools, are provided for entertainment, journaling, creativity and personal reflection only.

Nightara uses third-party AI services through our backend. The AI models are not developed or trained by Nightara.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your specific situation. AI-generated interpretations do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or professional advice.

Do not rely on Nightara’s AI features for medical, mental health, crisis or safety decisions. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Nightara offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include Dreamer+ and Dream Pro. Features, limits, pricing and availability may vary by platform, region and app version.

Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Nightara does not control App Store or Google Play billing, refunds or cancellation processing.
